Share your workspace name, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. Include the steps to reproduce the issue and any relevant screenshots or error messages. Please leave out passwords, API keys, and other sensitive information. ##### How do I connect GitHub, Slack, and my existing docs? Open Integrations, choose a source, authorize Falconer, and select the repositories, spaces, or resources you want to sync. Initial sync typically finishes within minutes. Yes, Falconer was built to work headless with your favorite agent. Use Claude, Codex, Cursor, or your custom agent to handle your docs work or pull context with Falconer. Open Integrations and confirm the source is connected, the correct resources are selected, and the Last synced timestamp is recent. Reconnect the source if its token expired or its permissions changed. [Review source connections](https://falconer.com/docs/set-up/connect-sources/). ##### How do Falconer’s permissions work? New docs and folders inherit access from their location by default. Switch to custom permissions when an item needs fixed access, especially before moving it. External collaborators must be added directly or given link access. Add Falconer’s MCP endpoint to your AI client: https://falconer.com/api/mcp Then sign in to Falconer and approve the OAuth connection. Confirm that GitHub and Slack are connected, the repository is selected for syncing, and you own the affected document. Falconer only proposes an update when the merged PR changes code relevant to that document.
